As an ancillary equipment under the dispersion mixer machine, this machine is a kind of carrying machinery, utilized to carry the goods unloaded from mixer to open mill, extruder and sheeter or other machines to process., also it is a section of rubber and plastic mixing production line.

3, working principle and structural features:
This machine is a mechanical transmission system composed of motor, decelerator, chain transmission, guiding frame, hopper, and electrical control. Hopper is dragged along the guiding frame up and down and turnover by transmission system. There is a switch to control the hopper operation from its rising up to top and turning over and descending to the starting position.
The hopper ascends up to the curved track with high speed, and before
hopper starts to unload the materials by slant angle, the speed is slow in order to make it move stable. While returning the hopper begins with a high speed ,and approaches to the bottom with a slow speed so as to make hopper move stable and safe.
4. Structural characteristics:(Compared with the original bucket elevator )
Based on designing and manufacturing bucket elevator for twenty years, this machine combines the features of door elevator designed and manufactured by our company. Aiming at designing and manufacturing a kind of machine with good stability, superior function, and lower cost, furthermore it meets the customers' requirement "high-quality products and lowest price" so as to make us win-win. We make brand-new improvement on design based on original bucket elevator, and differences given as follows:
4.1The size of slot of machine frame is larger that before. For example, the original QDT-55×3 slot steel is 100#, improved one is 120#. Not only the size is enlarged, bust also the steel nature is strengthened and stability is better and vibration is less.
4.2 Wheels of hopper moving in the steel slot with little noise and stability overcomes problems that is no stability and too much noise caused by original bucket elevator whose front wheel in the slot and rear wheel on the slot wing board as moving.
4.3 About pulling the hopper , we adopt single short-distance transmission chain with a larger size, and stability and balanced loading , it overcomes problems caused by original the hopper pulling with double chains:1) without stability when the adjustment is not modulated correctly and chain braking occurred while operation jamming. 2) vibration problems.
4.4 Chosen decelerator is worm gear decelerator with auto-lock function which makes hopper stay automatically and stably at any position, overcoming original cycloid-pin-wheel decelerator.. Choosing braking motor not only its price is high but also its effect is not good, because of hopper's inertia, It is not easy to control and adjustment when it descends to the ground. Having been utilized for a long time, Its braking will lose control and be damaged without adjustment on time.
4.5 Pulling motor is used by double-speed motor. As ascending with high speed to top and when it turns over and starts to unload the materials, the speed will slow down automatically, in order to turn over and unload stably , while returning at first speed is high and until it descends and approaches to the bottom, the speed is slowing down automatically gradually and stops stably. It conquers single-speed operation, sudden turnover, overloading, strong impact, uneasy adjustment, and uneasy control. There is not too much difference on cost between multi-speed motor and braking motor.
4.6 Front and both sides are sealed by steel plate, in order to improve the security.
4.7 Adopting PLC to make circuit more simplified, and easier to find out and solve problems caused by circuit, meanwhile it facilitates to connect upper computer and lower computer also to connect multicomputer into a production line.
